The British Deer Society (BDS) has unveiled its brand new state-of-the-art website, following months of development and design work behind the scenes.
The easy-to-navigate website, which incorporates vibrant graphics and eye-catching imagery, includes extensive information incorporating research, training, education, membership, fundraising, photography and competitions.
For members seeking news relevant to their area, there are dedicated micro-sites for each local branch which will be updated regularly with news and events.
The BDS Chairman Michael Thick commented that the new website was designed for everyone, both members and non-members: “We want the website to be the authoritative source of robust information for all deer-related matters. That way, when a member of the general public or a national journalist is looking for some information, the BDS website will provide a solution. We are really pleased with the new layout and look of the website, and feel that it reflects the direction in which the BDS is going.”
