Salary range:£18,200 – £21,200 a year

Location:Office (Fordingbridge, Hants) and home-based (hybrid working)
Hours:Full-time 35 hours per week
Qualifications:GCSE or equivalent (required)   A-Level (preferable)

Main Purpose of Role:

In this role you will assist in the execution of marketing strategies, working with the Marketing and IT Manager to develop campaigns, internal and external communications across a range of platforms, including social media, e-newsletters and e-commerce websites.  You will also proactively engage with our branches and help them promote branch activities to our members and the public.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Day-to-day marketing support:

  • Handling enquiries.
  • Supporting social media.
  • Supporting the creation of our regular email newsletter.
  • Updating content online.
  • Recording deer-related reports.
  • Monitoring marketing performance.
  • Supporting and optimising marketing campaigns.
  • Engaging with our members and branches by email and phone.
  • Recording and updating our Customer Relationship Management System [CRM].
  • General branch and membership administration.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Good communication both verbal and written English.
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Team player, but also able to work independently.


  • Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
  • Full clean driving licence.
