Branch AGM 2024

A happy New Year to you all from your chairman and committee

Our AGM is rapidly approaching, and we will be holding this again at The Ernespie House Hotel, Castle Douglas on Sunday 4th February commencing at 4pm with coffee on arrival.

The price this year is £29.50 or £33.50 for 2 or 3 courses respectively.

Please note all food must be pre-ordered by the secretary by Friday 26th January so please contact Mark Toft direct. This should be done preferably by email to southwestscotland@bds.org.uk

He will need your menu choice for each of the courses.

Following the formal agenda of the AGM we will hold our raffle and all members are encouraged to bring a prize.

We are extremely lucky this year to have Mick Ryan, actor, raconteur, wildlife photographer and all-round good guy as our guest speaker!

If you wish to attend the AGM but cannot stay for the meal, please also inform the secretary of your attendance so seating may be planned.
