Carcass tags are a key component in the safe and legal supply of venison carcasses into the food chain and help support the traceability of each carcass. Using these helps stalkers in fulfilling their legal requirements.
These new lead-free ammunition carcass tags give stalkers the opportunity to use a tag that clearly identifies their use of non-lead ammunition. This is not currently a legal requirement rather an option that some stalkers may find useful.
