BDS Launches Consultation on Professional Membership
Last year, one of the findings from our national survey, was that both existing BDS members and non-members were interested in us developing membership types more closely tailored to their interests.
Following on from this, and at the direct request of some of our members, the BDS is launching a consultation looking more closely at the needs of employed and sub-contracted deer managers and stalkers who spend a significant part of their working week managing deer.
The charity is seeking opportunities to work with and support these individuals throughout their careers while learning from their experiences and insights on deer management.
We are keen for anyone who feels that this matches their situation to take part in our short survey of just 15 questions, which takes roughly five minutes to complete.
Employers Consultation
In addition, if you are directly involved in the employment and management of contracted or sub-contracted deer managers and stalkers, we want to hear from you too.
The BDS has a separate short 10-question consultation survey, taking an estimated 4 minutes to complete.
The BDS values the thoughts and opinions of both groups and wants to develop a professional membership that truly reflects the current and future needs of the industry.
