We’re thrilled to announce that The British Deer Society will be the official charity partner of The Stalking Show 2025.
Together, with the help of our community and the fantastic help of the BDS Midlands, Wales and The Marches branch volunteers, we will be supporting the co-founders of The Stalking Show, David and Deanne, to make their 2025 event bigger, better and more memorable than ever before all whilst sharing the mission, vision and values of The BDS with the stalking community across the UK.
Here’s a glimpse of some of the standout activities to watch out for at The Stalking Show.
Stand Together – for our community, for our deer.
With the support of The Stalking Show and their official media partner, Hunter Gatherer Cooking, the BDS will be launching a special awareness and fundraising campaign to rally the deer management and stalking community to stand together and find ways to work more collaboratively with one another to achieve responsible and sustainable management at scale across the length and breadth of the UK.
Hot Topic Discussion Panels – hosted by the BDS
On each day of the show, we will be hosting discussion panels with key representatives from across the industry. We’ll be covering topics that are bound to stir up differences in opinion, but which are critical for us to find solutions for together as a community. You will have the opportunity to add your voice to the discussions too in our live Q&A sessions.
The BDS Stalking Master Challenge – only at The Stalking Show
Show off your skills and win more than just bragging rights in this test of knowledge and speed. Because maintaining best practice standards across the industry is critical to protecting deer welfare and building public trust. The Stalking Master Challenge will test some of the essential skills and knowledge in a fun yet competitive format with two levels from entry to advanced. We are looking for the best of the best – could that be you?!
If you reach the top of the leaderboards, you will be crowned as one of the 2025 Stalking Masters.
The Really Wild Kitchen, Butchery Competitions, Raffles & More!
Rachel Green, Award winning Celebrity Chef, Author & TV presenter and Jose Luis Souto, Professional Stalker, Chef, Author and Lecturer will be rustling up some amazing venison and game dishes throughout the weekend in the Really Wild Kitchen.
Jose will also be hosting two butchery competitions on each day of the show.
If all that wasn’t enough there will also be tons of opportunities to grab some amazing deals from all the top gear and equipment providers within the industry, the chance to win big on a raffle (or two!) and a wealth of opportunities to meet like-minded individuals from the stalking community from right across the UK.
