How You Can Get Involved Volunteering For Deer With The BDS

With a membership to the British Deer Society now available for just £5/month it’s now become easier than ever to join and support our work or join to get involved as a volunteer working to make a difference for deer.

We have some big goals to achieve in the next 5 years and are actively on the look-out for volunteers, including volunteers for our board, who ideally would have professional or similar experience in the following fields:

Education
Law
Fundraising and marketing
IT and related areas
Art and photography
Ecology, biodiversity and wildlife conservation – especially in the areas of humane wildlife management, human-wildlife conflict and wildlife population monitoring

We also always need volunteers ready to help at events and shows the charity attends to promote our work, as well as for our own events run and organised by our local branches across the UK.

There are so many ways to get involved at the BDS to help make a difference for deer.
