Our 60 for 60 charity auction opens for pre-bidding viewing on Friday the 12th of May 2023 at 12 pm. Bidding opens on Friday the 19th of May 2023 at 12 pm and closes on Monday the 29th at 8 pm.
2023 marks the 60th anniversary of the British Deer Society (BDS). Deer are a keystone species that plays a crucial role in the way the UK’s landscape functions. The BDS is a charity dedicated to educating and inspiring everyone about deer. We are currently raising funds for the following projects:
- Build a comprehensive range of inspiring face-to-face and online training plus best practice events.
- To create a wide-ranging and inclusive educational resource centre of deer information.
- To build the most comprehensive deer and deer habitat App and integrated dashboard to gather all information on deer in their environment.
Please help spread the word and encourage friends and family to get involved and help us raise critical funds by participating in our auction or by making a donation.
The auction will again be hosted on the Givergy platform and pre-registration is a requirement for bidding. We recommend bidders register as early as possible once the auction starts to prevent any delays in placing bids towards the end of the auction.
Please avoid leaving bidding to the last minute as you may be disappointed if your bid does not go through in time. As an important charity fundraiser, we ask that you bid generously or leave a donation to help us reach our target.
