LIVING ALONGSIDE DEER
Living alongside deer can be a wonderful experience and the BDS actively encourages everyone to get out and about enjoying deer in their environment in a respectful and safe manner.
However, the presence of deer near people, on roads, in gardens, on farmland, on land undergoing natural habitat restoration and in forestry plantations with young trees, can bring issues for both deer and people. The BDS offers free expert advice on actions everyone can take to help reduce and prevent issues.
