COMPETITION JUDGING

Entries into this year’s members’ photo competition continued to increase and alongside some familiar names, it has been a delight to see new members taking part. 

This year’s judging was by two professional photographers, BDS Photographic Ambassadors Mike Roberts and Andrew Yates. Over the years each has covered a broad range of subject matter and both have a passion for wildlife. At different times, we have been fortunate to display their images on the BDS stand at the Game Fair, Ragley.

Judging used an anonymised system allowing each photo to shine individually.  With so many outstanding photos it was a hard task but both judges finally agreed on a shortlist of images and the winning images selected.

BDS would like to thank all the members who took part in sharing their images with us and we look forward to more entries next year.
