The 2021 AGM will be held on line via Zoom on Sunday 28th March 2021 commencing at 10.00 am.
The main business of the meeting will be to receive reports from the officers of the Branch, to approve the accounts, also the election of officers and committee for the following year.
The following persons currently hold the offices shown and are willing to stand for re-election;
Chair: Ian Skelton, Vice Chair: Alan Barrell, Secretary: Sally Barrell,
Treasurer: Arnoud Roele, Training Officer: Dominic Hayes (having taken over from Norman Heinrich)
Committee members: John Richards, Richard Evans, Chris Lawton, Robert Taylor and Graham Barratt.
Nominations for the election of officers or to the committee should be forwarded to Sally Barrell to be received by 1st March 2021.
Members with items for Any Other Business should ensure the details reach Sally at least a week before the AGM.
It will be essential that any member who wishes to be part of the AGM emails Sally Barrell s.barrell@bdsbranches.org.uk to register their interest, together with their preferred email address, by 1st March. An email will be sent for members with the link to join the AGM during the week before 28th March.
